无磷粉中各组分的作用及配方优化

【论文摘要】本文通过对无磷粉中常用的几个组分在去污力方面表现的研究,对传统的无磷粉配方进行了优化,追求在合理的成本下得到洗涤性能的最大化。文章研究了表面活性剂 (LAS、AOS、AEO-9)、主要助剂(4A 沸石、纯碱、水玻璃、高分子助洗剂)、功能性辅料(荧光增白剂)等在炭黑油污布 JB01上的表现。并在这些工作的指导下,进行一些配方优化的工作,对优化后的配方进行洗涤、抗再沉积、抗灰分沉积等性能的测试。根据实验结果来看:优秀的无磷粉配方应该是多元表面活性剂组合,控制一定的碱量、添加足够的高分子助洗剂、功能性辅料齐备的配方。
